The overall experience was excellent, despite a slight hiccup at first with the car being in Canterbury and not at the Farnborough dealership. Once we were introduced to Rudi, the level of service was excellent, with Rudi and his colleagues providing professional and friendly customer service

Good all round communication very easy process Excellent service from the staff car had an MOT was kept upto date with the process! Only little thing, I love the car wash service you provide with it but my car came back quite dirty was very rushed I think!

Arranged a convenient pick up time, processing of paperwork such as tax, 5 day insurance etc. was all nice and easy. Could have done with clearer info/details on how the extended warranties worked.
