Bought my used car in November 2023 and unfortunately the SOS unit failed in Feb 2024. Rectified by Farnborough Audi as good will, as it was declined ti be cover by 12 Audi UK warranty's cover that came with the car. Tom was excellent with his customer support.

I was not able to book the service on line. I was overseas at the time. The engagement with the person that answered the call when i phoned from overseas to make the appointment is an improvement opportunity.
