Trouble-free. However, when I tried to download the jobsheet from the website, clicking the button there-in, my Anti-Virus quarantined the file, as containing a virus. Unfortunately, the AV did not state which specific virus it had found. Later I received an email containing the jobsheet, that was fine. As well as the original work requested (MoT and sparkplug change) a driving mirror, smashed on the way for this work, was quickly and efficiently repaired, with just an extra little stay in the garage. Tom was always clear and concise about the state of play.

Easy to book in The service I received was excellent as usual. The service advisor was very helpful and polite. The only thing I would point out is that it was more difficult than normal to get through to speak to someone on the phone, due to how busy you were.

The recall was dealt with very efficiently and Will (the Service Advisor) was extremely helpful.
