Problem with lights resolved to allow use on holiday

It was my first service experience with Audi and it was good to be able to access my vehicle details at any time. I received good customer service from both the receptionist and Dave the service advisor. I also received a technicians video showing me what had been checked which I found helpful. The vehicle was washed and cleaned both inside and out. Many thanks to a very busy team.

Overall very good apart from link sent in SMS to track status; this just took me to a page to book a service. Very frustrating Quick, simple and efficient process. Job resolved.

I just remember it was functional Vince - he was super helpful and kept us informed when Audi had a site wide issue with diagnostics and ordered a required part in advance to save us waiting or bringing car back

I had an issue with an odd smell in the car ...all fixed now. Dave and the team kept me updated all day and I even had my car cleaned...bonus!! Excellent service. Thank you

Only slight thing to raise is that the online confirmation email I got back once I had filled it in seemed to think that I had a higher car as part of my booking which was actually incorrect Great service from Annalise
