The online booking/checkin was straightforward to use. At point of booking I queried what service was due and I received a call back quickly. The fact that the advice then given was wrong and no one thought to check any specifics to verify that a service was necessary needs to be addressed. Mileage and age of car were both provided (in addition to already being in your system) and it said a service was needed when it wasn’t. Can’t fault the service I received when I arrived, but doesn’t really mitigate a completely unnecessary trip. I can’t fault the service I received on the day, however the fact that the whole trip was unnecessary is slightly exasperating.

Options clear on web, and then confirming phone call back. Choice of dates for work. Extra effort from Dave to get repair included as Warranty.

It was my first time dealing with Audi and the customer service was excellent. Everything was smooth and quick. My transition from my old car to my new audi was great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone

Problem with lights resolved to allow use on holiday

It was my first service experience with Audi and it was good to be able to access my vehicle details at any time. I received good customer service from both the receptionist and Dave the service advisor. I also received a technicians video showing me what had been checked which I found helpful. The vehicle was washed and cleaned both inside and out. Many thanks to a very busy team.

Overall very good apart from link sent in SMS to track status; this just took me to a page to book a service. Very frustrating Quick, simple and efficient process. Job resolved.
