Johnathan was an amazing sales person I have ever met at any Audi I have visited. He made our experience at your branch very useful with his help and his service he provided to us. He informed us with all the information that Perviously I never got or heard of. Johnathan help us with what we needed and his customers service was excellent. We are very happy with his service and his help.

All went smooth. There was plenty of availability which made us very happy. We needed the oil service done and our old dealership scheduled us for the 16th of February! Thank you for being so accommodating and let us book way earlier. The reason why I have marked down some parts of this survey is because the dealership does not accept Amex and when they sent is the Audicam footage was from another car?? I am still waiting for mine. Kindly consider all what above for our next visit

Easy to check in, nothing more to say! It's always a great experience at Farnborough Audi. Annaliese was very helpful and friendly, and explained the work that needed doing on my car. It was purchased elsewhere and developed a fault.. the company I bought from were awful so as a customer of 4+ years, I knew Audi would find and resolve the fault efficiently. Fantastic as always.

The service advisor was amazing (Annaliese Moore) All the information was given was understandable. I was quite disappointed about the health check video - it wasn’t my car.

Kris was fantastic, nothing was too much effort. He answered all question needed and went above and beyond.
