All i ask is simplicity in use, which it appears to be. If you have to navigate too many screen, buttons etc; it is time consuming for those not as well versed in applications. Audi are always pleasant and customer facing towards myself. I would question as to why I would have to pay for 2 diagnostic tests, when to the untrained eye like mine the faults were linked i.e. electrical. Which they appeared to be.
