Yana was a very professional sales person, and can’t fault her sales mannerisms and customer first approach. unfortunately when purchasing an electric vehicle in the first place I was not made aware how much money they lose on second hand market

Was expecting a better price to be offered for my current vehicle which I was to find out had devalued a lot more than expected in a six month period but was offered over a £1,000 more by online organisations that purchase used cars than Lookers offered. Was surprised as my car has very low milage and in excellent condition
