Easy to use Great service as usual for the Team at Farnborough Audi, in particular Dave. Who along with his blue suit and cheery disposition really brightened up my day.

Everything was great. However, when I called to book the car for the service, I asked for the tailgate wiper to be swapped and it has not been. It is not clearing well and is noisy on the glass.

Not sure how much time it saves as I still have to talk to someone on arrival. Good customer service. Car returned on time.

I’m getting a mobility card from yourself and they were very good. Explained everything to me and explain when the car comes they go through everything with me so I know where everything is and download anything I need on the car. I never had this when I got my Mercedes as it was locked down, so it took me awhile to get used to everything but your man said that the Audi garage he would do everything for me so just waiting on my car.
