Excellent service

From my arrival it took two and a quarter hours to remove and fit 4 new tyres and wash my car, and return it to me.

Service advisor and parts advisor I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent service as always, originally I was scheduled to drop the car off. I was offered the option of pick up/drop off which really helped me out. Farnborough again delivered quality service.

The customer service aspect was great. However, I was told that I had a nail in one of my rear tyres which is why the car was indicating loss of pressure. However, when I took my car to another garage to have the tire patched or changed, they did not find any issues with the tyre. Instead, they pumped up the tyre and also pumped up all other tyres which were low. The low pressure in the tyres was not picked up either at Audi during the service or MOT. I've been driving for a few days since the fix and have had no issues.
