Very helpful salesman, Jonathan Dodson, who explained everything, answered our questions and was very friendly and professional…nothing was too much trouble, and we felt we had been treated with respect and patience. We are elderly, and needed a bit of time to understand the technology, and Jonathan understood. Excellent service.

Overall handover was good, was dropped off to my house in the end as there was a delay in getting some of the work done. The radio had a missing button when the car was handed over to me which was a bit of a faff to then go back to the garage to get it sorted for something quite minor but it was fixed quickly and my queries answered quickly

I felt all the staff, Lewis in particular, were very helpful and attentive. I phoned and booked a test drive. The car was ready for me when I arrived and the whole process was hassle free. I never felt rushed or pressured. I am very happy with the experience I had.

Your video tyre depth of tread was different to e mail depth ? Please confirm if you changed the key battery in the key with a key ring, we left both of our keys, the one with key king is now indicating that the battery requires changing today. Can you provide a paper report of the items that have been inspected during the service ?

My pc flagged link as a potential scam, so had to ring in to check it was genuine. Got a dismissive, yes we send online confirmations, it's fine in response. Check in was for different time to my phone booking. Slight perceived arrogance to customer service, felt like audi was tolerating me. Courtesy clean, while complimentary, wasn't thorough. Can't fault the actual service and attention to detail as regards the car care, but the softer parts just didn't sit right for me this time.
