Couple of days before my vehicle was due into the workshop received an email about checking in online, it was very quick process and easy to follow and helped me out alot as when i arrived fran could already see i was checked in online and made the process even more straight foward. When i arrived at Farnborough Audi my service advisor Fran was quick to check me in with all my queries about the vehicle and the issues i accrued, it was an extremely easy process and she was very helpful and polite and answered all my questions in a professional manner.

Provided a personal in depth video without asking which was a nice surprise Jamie Addison was very friendly and polite on emails

The interface was a bit clunky. It didn't reflect the brand you see elsewhere. A smooth experience from start to finish. I was kept informed along the way and was made to feel very welcome.
