Very helpful. We had a little hiccup with passwords and the MMI but I would accept that this was probably down to my age!!

Jon was extremely helpful. I test drive an A4 e-tron to then look to purchase through a work salary sacrifice scheme. His customer service was excellent.

my only problem was that I booked my car in for 9 to 9.30am so that I could pick it up by mid afternoon at the latest. After a phone call at 4pm I was told the card was not quite ready. I then received a phone call at 4.30 pm to say I could pick it up. I feel this is not satisfactory. Hannah was very efficient and helpful.

From our initial enquiry, to test drive and then settling on and buying a completely different model, the salesman wasn't pushy and offered great guidance, patience and support. This support didn't stop once we'd picked up the car and drove away, he's dealt with a couple of minor queries we've had since and has always been happy to help. A great customer experience.
