Service was excellent. However I received an email that a courtesy car would be availabe at the drop off point. On arrival, I was informed that no car was available and that message was a mistake.

Jamie was very kind and helpful in the purchase of my A1. He presented everything clearly, products, finance, documentation given or required from myself whilst accommodating my busy job in forces into the part exchange process. He helped my 12 year old nephew of full filling his dream of sitting in an R8. He's a very approachable and fun individual. Would most definitely deal with Lookers and Jamie in the future.
