Despite booking my service and MOT quite early, on line, I continued to be inundated with messages reminding me that my service/ MOT was due, with invitations to book a date. This was irritating. My tyres appear to have "grown rubber" since last year's service. It was suggested that the MyAudi App. would be useful and if I installed it for my return the young gentleman concerned would complete it for me .After waiting for some considerable time , the final straw was when he said he would be with me in a couple of minutes. Five minutes passed and having then seen him in conversation/teaching mode with another customer I decided "life was too short" and drove away. I have now deleted the App. Otherwise, generally, I have experienced much worse from other establishments.

Didn’t receive all relevant paperwork for service agreements and minor damage cover. It would be good to have a hard copy of all the signed paperwork rather than just have it as email.

There were no issues with my car, therefore it was a straightforward process. The staff were very helpful.

Everyone was most helpful but I was only there to enquire if it was an advantage for me to change my car. I decided that, at this time, it is not to my advantage. i will return in a years time.

The dealership staff were all excellent. Once again though I am a little concerned with some of the advisories in that they weren’t necessary in the short term. Had I just accepted the recommendations it would have been £3000, but given my current annual mileage they’ll happily wait months or even a year.

A little disappointed that after only driving it 200 odd miles from the dealer that i had to call Audi roadside assistance out to this car to put 1 litre of engine oil in it. I only found that the oil level was below minimum by being warned by the app on my phone. Was offered repayment for the oil that i had to purchase from Audi assistance by the salesman but i have to question were the pre sale checks carried out?
