Although it took quite a while for my new car to be built and delivered, Simon provided regular updates and was always available to answer questions or provide extra updates.

The staff looking after me were all excellent, thank you, HOWEVER since you changed the pollen filter, my air con does not seem to be working as it should, air flow has suddenly become very feeble. It was all fine before my visit, so could you have made some error while fitting the new filter perhaps? Frustratingly, I now have to wait another 3 weeks before you can fit me in to check this simple thing.

Not really, we had to chase a bit but as it turned out the delivery date timed perfectly we just didn’t know this when we chased
