Service was superb - but I have one recommendation - I purchased a second hand car - it was superbly cleaned - but when I started the mmi - I had to delete the previous owner’s phone/sat nav data etc - it would have been nice if that had been done by the dealership - as apart from that it feels like a new car to me.

Farnborough is one of the best Audi dealership compared to others I’ve dealt with. First class. Only feedback, keep your stock to avoid things going on back orders and then having to come back backer. It rather unhelpful and upfront communication would be easier all round to deal with but as a consumer coming back and forth because parts are on back order, not great experience.

Lewis was absolutely fantastic. He had good knowledge and was genuinely interested in helping us find the car we wanted. Was great with the rest of the family too!

when i visited your dealership i was seen my kris he was very welcoming and really helpful he sat with me and helped me with my choices with pcp or hp his drawing made it all make sense i was really happy with kris he really went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with my car he went on a search to find me the perfect colour and i am absolutely in love with my new car he was really good at communicating with me via email and always replied as soon as he could i would highly recommend kris to others and will return back to see him at the dealership again
