As always good service all round

Jamie the salesman who was helping me was very friendly and helpful but I decided to keep my car for now. But he was great.

I purchased an Audi TT black edition from farnborough Audi unfortunately one or two issues arose regarding condition of the wheels, ultimately resulting in returning the car. The branch and salesman was very helpful and accommodating in organising refund and collection of the car.

It would good if you could extend week day hours for collections

Assistance from David Lambert was excellent - i received a very warm welcome and his communication skills were excellent. . The work undertaken by the technician, Zoheb, was good particularly the explanations given in the video. There was corrosion noted on some parts of the subframes, etc, - although not weakening the structures, it would have been helpful if some protection against further corrosion could have been offered. Perhaps this could be done at some stage in the future? Although my gradings have been all fives I was very disappointed that collection of my car from home was no longer possible. When the the move took place from Camberley to Farnborough I was promised in print that my car would continue to be collected for service and MOT as had been agreed by the deputy head of Service Department. It would appear that as my home was now classed as 'out of area' this was not possible although i had had confirmation that it would continue. However, i was promised a courtesy car and this arrangement worked well. The above comments in no way affect my overall judgements about the courtesy and high quality of service which i have received - I purchased my Allroad in 2001 from Whites/Colbourne of Camberley and i have always been very satisfied with the quality and efficiency of work carried out on the car. At my age of 88 i wish to continue using the car particularly for towing my caravan although distances are much shorter than previously when my wife and I regularly toured much of Europe.
