Got an appointment fitted in at late notice to get my car through a failed mot due to emission problems. Much appreciated being given a reduced cost for the diagnostics as you managed to highlight the problem quite quickly. Very impressed with the slick check in process and prompt communications.

I met with Simon Gale, who is absolutely excellent and someone I’ve dealt with for several years. He’s always ensured that I’ve been totally happy with every purchase and I know that I can trust him to do his best for me. He is super knowledgeable, professional and very genuine in his conversations and I would recommend Simon to anyone who is considering buying or leasing an Audi.

When handing my vehicle in for the service I let Will know that a pressure warning light had come on for the front right tyre. I’d filled the tyre up with air myself but I wanted the mechanics to double check for me. When collecting my vehicle, Will let me know that the mechanics said there was nothing wrong with the tyre and I shouldn’t have a problem with the light coming on anymore, it was probably just a fault and if it happens again to come back in and they’d have a look. Later that week the light came on again. I had a work trip to LA, left my car at the airport and I came back to a completely flat tyre. Thankfully a colleague was able to pump it for me, I got home and found that there was a rusty nail in the tyre. It’s since been repaired. I’m disappointed that the mechanics didn’t spot the nail during the service. They did however still manage to recommended I purchase 4 new tyres when they sent the audi cam footage during the service! So not sure what’s happened there.

Staff rally good as always. Had to wait a long time for the 2nd key however that was Audi UK not the dealer.

Our car was brought in as an over heating breakdown. The part was ordered and was fitted on the Friday only to find that they had missed that they needed a further part which was a bit of a surprise being a main dealer. The car was, therefore, delayed for three days.

David was absolutely brilliant, couldn’t do enough for you, very polite and kept me updated at all times, he’s an accet to Farnborough Audl

All staff were very helpful & quick to help resolve issue along with making a fuss of my dog which he loved

Would not buy a car from anyone else, though I will look at other options regarding repairs, as at first glance your prices are expensive.

Generally, could not be bettered 👍👍
