Unfortunately I ending up purchasing a car through the Reading dealership but Richard Young was so helpful and would highly recommend to anyone. It’s a shame we didn’t end up purchasing through him.

The service plan was spoken about. However the car I was part exchanging had a service plan which runs until Sptember this year although the two services have been done. I didn't want a 2nd plan to run concurrent with the existing so I informed the sales person that I would take out a service plan on the new cae when the other plan runs out. Overall the sales person was excellent in everything he did and said throughtout the sale.

Everything has been awesome. Richard Young has helped me and sorted out all my paperwork and purchasing process. He has been extremely helpful, polite with his advice and his warm welcoming. I sincerely appreciate the person who has been forming and managing this whole facility and company in this dedicated way. I hope the connection and friendship between your company and me will stay perfectly with no doubt long long years until I decide to change my vehicle to any other brands. Jon was excellent he explained and helped make the purchase of a new Audi easy. Very reassuring front initial contact to collection of vehicle. The only fault was the lose of keys which is no.reflection on Jon as he was just the bearer of bad news. You could not ask for a better person than Jon to set you up with a purchase from Audi. 5 out 5 for everything
