When arriving for a booked appt the service doors were all on red, having walked in through the sales, we stood in the service area for a while waiting for someone to acknowledge us hanging around until the receptionist arrived back at her post, no doubt she was absolutely amazing. So welcoming so friendly and had us at the forefront of what she was doing.
