Rudi was incredible!

Service wash was appalling (might as well not of bothered). Disappointed to have to return for overfilling oil and also to be told it’ll be busy and I’ll have to wait for however long it takes…considering it’s not my fault, I would of thought my car should now be a priority when I bring it in.

The only let down was my car being left streaky by the valet but I was offered a complementary one next time I am passing so that goes someway to making me feel better

I do not understand why Lookers bothers with the online checkin. It confused me. It reminded me that my MOT and tax were needed. But I had already got the MOT. Was Lookers wanting to do the MOT ?

Fran did a fantastic job in looking after me but it’s just a pity that my Audi Q4 continues to suffer from a LTE problem which Audi Digital Services can’t help or in fact don’t have a solution so l am very fortunate that Fran and Guy the Technician believe they have a solution and have ordered a new MMi control unit.

The reason for the 4 star rating is due to very poor customer service prior to the booking. 2 days I phoned the service department about a possible fault and each time I was told someone would call me back but never happened. The 3rd day I insisted that I spoke to someone, I did manage to speak to someone who arranged for me to bring the car in. From that point onward the service was excellent.
