Great service from the start. Rudi was able to deal with all our questions and provided a very satisfactory service leading to a great sale.

The service on the whole was very good however, I had a niggly fault which I felt I had made it clear, was annoying but I didn't want to incur costs to remedy. I thought it was agreed that if not covered under my warranty I would be contacted. However, my understanding at time of purchase was that I have one years warranty to deal with these types of issues. I was then charged when I picked the car up. I had had a busy stressful day and felt unable to challenge it so said nothing and just paid.

I came to your dealership as a cash buyer but I was made to go through your finance offers before we could proceed with the purchase. I was advised by sales and senior management that this was obligatory . I was unhappy about this aspect of the purchase process as it made no sense . Otherwise the purchase process was good and Simon Gale was excellent.

Please make the customers aware of how long it would take for the services (such oil change) to get done before the date of such service.

Well I’ve not yet taken it back but since the service and changed tire the pressure is constantly showing low? As it’s new I think it’s a problem with it

When I got in the car after the service my front near side mirror was just dumped on the front passenger seat. I mentioned this to Dave and he apologised and arranged for me to come in the next day and fitted a new one. Great customer service!!

For some reason you didn't have me down as a while you wait service. The Farnborough team were brilliant though and managed to get it done that morning.
