After purchasing the vehicle through Cazoo and having the most awful , shocking experience of total disregard for the customer, meeting with the team at Audi was a breath of fresh air ! David Lambert was excellent from the outset in addressing all the areas that I can concerns with and that given the car was still under warranty, that I could eliminate Cazoo from any further communication as it was too stressful for me. He swiftly booked the car in once the relevant parts had arrived , and sorted it all out in a morning. Brilliant no fuss and with a smile! So love Audi ! thank you

Documentation exchanged for electronic signature, whilst easy and convenient to use was a bit confusing unless you are familiar with them.

Annaliese was really friendly and welcoming Would have been nice if rear footwells and boot were part of the clean
