Went in for a brake fluid change. Used the lounge area with free wi-if, coffee and biscuits. Kept informed of progress.

Overall I think the service I received was very good. My only negative was the delay in getting my car back. This was despite agreeing a time about which I was very flexible. We agreed 1pm and arrived as agreed. I then waited for 30 minutes or so for the car to be made ready! not really a problem but perhaps something to be thought about if you are aiming to be the best in town!
