I am still awaiting a formal response from Customer Services at Audi UK regarding the unacceptable tyre noise from the Bridgestone Turanza 005 tyres fitted to my new A3 Sportback . A very recent tyre review - see link below -shows these to be the noisiest of those reviewed with a 72.5dB rating. This compares to the quietist, the Good Year Eagle F1 Asymmet. at under 68dB. That is my son's name - he previously owned a VW Golf and used your services so that may be why you have linked that name to my address and my dealings with you. Booking through MyAudi for an MoT (only) actually registered as an “engine service” when published on the system. A phone call resolved the issue, but there does seem to be a system error (I tried booking twice and the same thing happened).
