it was a pleasant experience with good communication which kept me up to date, which included keeping the car overnight for the part to be delivered and fitted, my request that could the car be delivered back early afternoon, it was returned by midday in good time for my afternoon commitment.

Service contract was not in the correct name and despite several calls and emails over a month and a half this still had not been resolved. However service department in Farnborough are now (hopefully) sorting this out for me.

My car was kept in overnight due to a software update. I would have appreciated a call to let me know the status of the work early on the next morning rather than having to telephone the dealership myself. Otherwise happy. Just missed the video.

Kris was outstanding. Not a pushy guy. Works with you rather against you. Gives options in a casual way. We couldn't source a Q7 just yet due to personal circumstances. But I will be coming back to Audi because of Kris.
