Dan was very thorough during the sales process and kept me regularly up to date with videos, emails or phone calls. I was very impressed with the service. He is an exemplary member of staff with exceptional customer care. I also thought that the manager making himself known at the point of ordering and when the Audi A1 was collected. The small gift was a nice touch. I am extremely happy with my new car except for the after sales support. I feel that it could be improved. My example is my mobile phone not connecting to the car even though my call list has been downloaded from my Doro 8050 when I collected the car with use of a member of staff's USB? lead. I even checked with the dealership before purchasing my lead to ensure that the USB C lead was compatible. I have also asked for the cost of installing a navigation system and am waiting to hear. Otherwise, there are some excellent features and extras such as the roadside assistance.
