I was very well looked after by Kris Wale throughout the process of buying my car. He was particularly considerent with his time and arranging visits as we were coming from two hours away.

Excellent service end to end. However, I was only notified that there was a call on the software update as I needed to get a part for the car and the person involved brought my attention to it and it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. However, my concern is nothing was falafels on the myAudi app or by the service team given I purchased the car from the Farnborough branch. May I please request that you ensure the necessary details are place so I do receive timely notifications please.

Brilliant from start to finish. The waiting area upstairs with excellent wifi and good coffee made a real difference too, enabling me to work effectively.

When I phoned to book my service the price I thought l was quoted was different to my actual price, l would have liked you to confirm the quoted price next time, otherwise l would have scored higher

All staff were friendly and very knowledgable. The whole service and process was natural and easy from start to finish. The after sales support has been quick. I’m really impressed with the Farnborough Audi branch and especially Kris.

A little bit dismayed that on collection off my car I was not offered a full tank off petrol. When I first purchased my car from Mercedes they gave me a full tank. A bit dismayed that Audi didn’t.

I only needed a second key which was not available when it was serviced
