Very happy with Annaliese Moore who kept me informed throughout the service and checked in regularly to make sure all was ok.

Lewis was great. This was my first time using a finance option and he answered all my questions and never made me feel silly. He kept in contact and gave me lots of updates on the process. Usually buying cars is very stressful but this was an absolute breeze!

Tyres changed but TPMS not reset. Otherwise very happy

Competitive pricing for the other work which was due. Saved £250 elsewhere, if it had been close to those costs I would have booked it in. Never asked once about the charges by the other garage.

The car is running well. I cannot judge if all was done that should have been done but I have to trust the Service Department. The car was picked up as promised and returned. I would have liked a more detailed explanation about some rust by the brakes or similar. I did not quite understand if that should have been done and what it would have involved.

The scores would have been higher but I asked for a quote to repair damage to the near side rear door but despite being told that the mechanic had looked at the car I never heard back.

The courtesy car was dirty It had not been wiped down Finger prints were all over the middle unit (automatic car) it was greasy , crumbs were in the seats. I appreciate covid days are behind us but it wasn’t nice to get in to such a grim looking car.

The Farnborough team, were polite and helpful. No pressure and provide relevant information. Positive manner and approach to treating customers. Thank you Yasmin and Tabitha.
