Lovely sales assistant Pedro Gomez

Had an advisory on one of the tyres. A pop up seemed to suggest I needed to purchase a new one - I could see no way to ignore this so purchased said tyre, only to be told five minutes later by AUDI that it could definitely wait a few months. So now I’m awaiting a refund. It may have been me - but the pop up wasn’t clear enough. One thought, which may have caused confusion - the audio on the webcam wasn’t particularly easy to hear as the mechanic spoke quite quickly and it was very noisy. I’ve had this problem before with Basingstoke AUDI.

I had to cancel my original booking due to family circumstances but still received email and text asking me to check in online for this booking.

We were returning customers, having previously received excellent customer service from this branch. I'm pleased to say the service was just as good second time round, Kam couldn't have been more helpful and made the whole process easy and hassle-free.

Being a visitor from Belgium needing assistance with my Q5 my phone was an overseas number and staff were unable to contact me (due to not being authorised to call overseas numbers) which resulted in loss of 1/2 day in being able to collect my car on both occasions my car was in the garage.
