Farnborough Audi contacted me regarding my car's requirement to get its first MOT and then booked a telephone appointment the following Wednesday to complete a 2 year Service Plan. I stayed in to receive it but nobody rang. I emailed the named consultant but never received an answer, so I rang and the lady said it would be passed on and dealt with urgently, it wasn't. When Kieran rang me to say the car had been serviced I discovered it hadn't been booked in for its MOT! Luckily Kieran sent it back to the workshop to be rectified. I have given your initial question 5 stars because , in the past everyone has been excellent. The gentleman who came to collect it was charming and answered questions I had about the car.
