whole service experience was faultless from collection of car to the return of the vehicle. In particular the service advisor (Fran Cadownton) was most helpful in advising me on several queries I had with the car collection and my vehicle 3 year + service (audi 'all in') and warranty options.

I was particularly impressed with the Sales Exec Charlie Cole. He was exceptional in arranging a video of the car as soon as I made an enquiry. He organised a test drive and explained all the options really well. It was clearly visible that he was dedicated to what he was doing. He made purchasing the car so easy. Charlie is an asset to Lookers and Farnborough Audi.
