I was not satisfied with how my car was returned to me after the tyre change. The tyres were very dirty and covered with blue fitting material or something similar. Also, my car displayed a “low battery” warning. I had already replaced the battery, yet the issue persisted. Audi then replaced it again, saying I had not chosen the correct battery, which I know is incorrect, as I checked the previous reference number before purchasing it online. Despite this, the warning still appears. I will ask for a refund of that part of the service

Dear Complaints Team,I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an issue connected to the purchase of my Audi Q3 on 19 March 2025 at Audi Farnborough (GU14 6FE).On that day, my wife and I visited the branch to purchase our new vehicle and were attended by your sales representative, Charlie Cole. He showed us the vehicle of interest and allowed us sufficient time to carry out a thorough test drive. After we were satisfied with the vehicle’s performance, we proceeded to his office to complete the necessary documentation and invoice processing.During the sales process, Mr. Cole carefully explained the available purchase options, including PCP and HP finance agreements. However, we chose to purchase the Audi Q3 outright in cash, using funds obtained through a bank loan.Mr. Cole clearly stated that the vehicle came with two years of free servicing. We specifically asked when the car should be brought in for the complimentary service, and he advised that it should be returned either after two years or once it had reached approximately 18,000 miles, whichever occurred first. He further explained that the service book would be issued at the time the vehicle was brought in for its first service. This information was also confirmed by his manager, Nick Rees, who addressed our queries and reaffirmed the same service arrangement. However, on 16 February 2026, I contacted the Farnborough branch to arrange a service appointment. To my great surprise, I was informed by a customer service representative that there was nothing on the system indicating that our vehicle was entitled to any free service plan. This directly contradicts the representations made to us at the point of sale, upon which we relied when making our purchasing decision. It is deeply concerning that no record of this commitment appears on your system.I respectfully request that this matter be urgently investigated and that the two-year free service agreement, as clearly communicated and confirmed at the time of purchase, be honoured. I would appreciate written confirmation of how this issue will be resolved within 14 days of receipt of this email.I look forward to your prompt response.Yours faithfully,Olasunkanmi SofuwaMobile: 07961149187Vehicle Reg: RJ74APO

The sales person was helpful in areas but spoke over me a lot during my interactions, told me about his personal car and bike collection. I mentioned I once owned a JCW from Park Lane, and I couldn't say another word until he said he had built his own MINI, the speeds he was doing on public roads and someone on his team who is also building an RS3. It was a shame that I wasn't listened to and this made me feel that any requests I had would be ignored. It didn't give me confidence that if I bought a car, that my requests would be taken seriously.

Generally OK but I felt the sales exec could have been a bit more engaged and have bit less officious. I felt a little bit like he wasn't taking my enquiry seriously. I had to persuade him to provide a part-ex valuation so that I could evaluate the overall costs.

After many years as a Audi man I have moved to BMW, due to very bad advice on purchasing my last car in 2024, new offer was easily beaten by BMW

Hi,I had a good relationship with Ian Potter (sales manager), Georgia, Lucy (service reception) JJ and Umar.Always when I spoke to them and they apologised for the issues with my vehicle, I always stated that they did not build my car.I also put a similar review on referring to Audi and within 1 day they tried to get the review removed, its a pity that Audi are not as proactive at getting known faults fixed. In 49 vehicles that I have owned, never has a vehicle fault got a fix 3 to 6 months away to make the car secure, its absolutely nuts.I got fed up with driving a ICE car half the price that's 5 times more expensive than a EV car, yet I was still paying for Luxury car insurance.Attached is• Audi trying to remove my post• Email December stating fix April to July 2026• Email stating sadly car not fixed• Photo of boot lid up and car soaked inside after a home charge• Audi asking for Like for Like car• Audi breakdown Boot FaultBelow I will paste why I got upset, I posted this to Ian being upfrontFrom: Colin PSent: 29 January 2026 10:14To: Audi Customer ServicesSubject: Case number 06519993Please pass onto AntonHi ,Now I have calmed down, I need to email why I feel totally cheated.Firstly I was pleased with the customer service that I received at Audi Farnborough when I left the showroom on Monday.I had noticed on my Audi app that the car was unlocked from the previous Saturday so knew it was in the garage and I mentioned to both Lucy and Ian separately that the fix had not been done on my car, both said no. So I accepted losing £867,40 for the mileage used. The next day I ordered a new car, when I got home around 6.30pm I noticed that my refund of £54,031 had gone into my bank, then I was looking on Auto Trader and saw my car advertised for virtually the same price as I paid.I emailed Ian and have sent you the reply's.I feel cheated because the car is being sold with a known fault, I had the inside of my car drenched twice with the boot and window opening during or after charge. The security of this vehicle is zero.I thought the car would be returned to Audi for tests or not up for sale till the fix arrived in quarter 2.Also the price advertised was just £122 less than I paid for the vehicle October 14th.I am sure Trading Standards would be interested.I reckon I have taken the majority of the costs for purchasing a vehicle that was NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I only had the vehicle on my drive 2 months.I estimate it has cost me around £1,250• £867.40 for mileage• Running 4 ICE vehicles instead of electric as no like for like car offered (£200) Could of run my Q4 for 18 months.• Paying insurance for a band 47 car and driving a A3• £40 to cancel my insurance and many other costs• Train costs £42I feel fair in asking for £745,40 back as a good will gesture because none of this is my fault and now I feel totally cheated.I love the Audi brand and have owned 2 ultra reliable cars previously. As mentioned before I have spent £124,000 cash since March 2022 on Audi vehicles, £98,999 at Lookers.Regards Colin
