Collection and delivery of the vehicle is a big plus - and pleasantly done.

Booking through MyAudi for an MoT (only) actually registered as an “engine service” when published on the system. A phone call resolved the issue, but there does seem to be a system error (I tried booking twice and the same thing happened).
