Service contract was not in the correct name and despite several calls and emails over a month and a half this still had not been resolved. However service department in Farnborough are now (hopefully) sorting this out for me.

My car was kept in overnight due to a software update. I would have appreciated a call to let me know the status of the work early on the next morning rather than having to telephone the dealership myself. Otherwise happy. Just missed the video.

Kris was outstanding. Not a pushy guy. Works with you rather against you. Gives options in a casual way. We couldn't source a Q7 just yet due to personal circumstances. But I will be coming back to Audi because of Kris.

With electric fast becoming the norm. Audi need to increase their range. Expensive A6 or A8 models are not the answer.

Rudolpho was amazing he got me my previous vehicle in 2018 and l didn’t want anyone else to help me, he is very supportive, non judgemental and always keen to help make the right choice with no pressure at all.
