Very easy and a smooth visit

We cannot thank you enough. With a very sick grandson in Bristol, being without a car would have been disasterous! The team supported us completely, without hesitation and the car was repaired within 36 hours - an example of exemplary customer service for to all to admire. Thanks to you we have been able to focus on supporting our family at perhaps the most difficult time we have ever faced. You are simply amazing. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

Dan was very thorough during the sales process and kept me regularly up to date with videos, emails or phone calls. I was very impressed with the service. He is an exemplary member of staff with exceptional customer care. I also thought that the manager making himself known at the point of ordering and when the Audi A1 was collected. The small gift was a nice touch.I am extremely happy with my new car except for the after sales support. I feel that it could be improved.My example is my mobile phone not connecting to the car even though my call list has been downloaded from my Doro 8050 when I collected the car with use of a member of staff's USB? lead. I even checked with the dealership before purchasing my lead to ensure that the USB C lead was compatible. I have also asked for the cost of installing a navigation system and am waiting to hear.Otherwise, there are some excellent features and extras such as the roadside assistance.

Excellent service end to end. However, I was only notified that there was a call on the software update as I needed to get a part for the car and the person involved brought my attention to it and it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. However, my concern is nothing was falafels on the myAudi app or by the service team given I purchased the car from the Farnborough branch. May I please request that you ensure the necessary details are place so I do receive timely notifications please.

Brilliant from start to finish. The waiting area upstairs with excellent wifi and good coffee made a real difference too, enabling me to work effectively.
