All staff were friendly and very knowledgable. The whole service and process was natural and easy from start to finish. The after sales support has been quick. I’m really impressed with the Farnborough Audi branch and especially Kris.

A little bit dismayed that on collection off my car I was not offered a full tank off petrol. When I first purchased my car from Mercedes they gave me a full tank. A bit dismayed that Audi didn’t.

I only needed a second key which was not available when it was serviced

I was initially told the inspection would take 2 hours. Luckily I got my Wife to come with me and take me home. I was informed by Video and service rep phone call that I needed new tyres. These were not in stock but delivered early afternoon. Car ready for 17:00. Wife delivered me to collect the car. I think in future I will get my Wife as a taxi. Car now good.

Jonathan Dobson, was extremely helpful and found a car that I was interested in. I didn’t pursue it, as I found another car closer to home.

Two things. On the online checkin I could see no option to say that the work specified was incorrect or to give extra information. I had completed the online diagnostics questionaire but that did not appear to be reflected in the work specified on the checkin.And the location is awful if you don't have someone to drop you off (try walking from the bus stops in the town centre) - I realise that is not something that can be easily changed but you should make more effort to offer lifts or check transport is OK?
