I would like to point out that I was annoyed to get a telephone message asking me to confirm the appointment on the weekend before the Monday visit. I had completed an online check-in. What was the point ?

Cameron was really helpful from the start with the options I had with upgrading and part exchanging my car, I had updates regularly and was able to collect my car earlier than planned.

Lewis was great. This was my first time using a finance option and he answered all my questions and never made me feel silly. He kept in contact and gave me lots of updates on the process. Usually buying cars is very stressful but this was an absolute breeze!

Competitive pricing for the other work which was due. Saved £250 elsewhere, if it had been close to those costs I would have booked it in. Never asked once about the charges by the other garage.
