Pedro was excellent and kept me up to date constantly by video and email and the occasional phone call when needed. He also was quick to get back to me when I had any questions. Friendly and polite all the time and great knowledge of Audi car that I chose . Very pleased and customer experience was second to none.Got a ‘token buyers gift’ from his Manager which was a nice touch, but amazed that you don’t even get a couple of Audi key rings these days, however still excellent service and attention to detail from all the guys at the Dealership.
