When provided with the video of the car, I couldn’t hear anything as the music in the place was so loud so whatever the man was saying I didn’t understand or hear anything he was saying.

Had an advisory on one of the tyres. A pop up seemed to suggest I needed to purchase a new one - I could see no way to ignore this so purchased said tyre, only to be told five minutes later by AUDI that it could definitely wait a few months. So now I’m awaiting a refund. It may have been me - but the pop up wasn’t clear enough. One thought, which may have caused confusion - the audio on the webcam wasn’t particularly easy to hear as the mechanic spoke quite quickly and it was very noisy. I’ve had this problem before with Basingstoke AUDI.

I had to cancel my original booking due to family circumstances but still received email and text asking me to check in online for this booking.
