From the second I walked into the dealership all the staff were helpful and friendly. Especially Kam who help me with the purchase of my new Audi. Could get any better service anywhere else!

The message that was given as I booked the car in was not the message /faults given to the technician.The technician was given completely different information and looking for the wrong things.My husband also explained the issue a second time by a phone call a day later and the message was still muddled up.We had to come in and take the technician out for a test drive and to explain the faults againPerhaps if the car is coming in for a fault the technician should come out and speak to the customer rather than having the message relayed and muddled

Simon Gale provided a very professional image for your company and went out of his way to support our search. Tabitha the Business Manager also introduced herself and offered help. Good customer service and will definitely recommend and revisit.

Excellent service by the team, no problems at all, apart from a comment that the oil warning light coming on and telling me to “take some oil out” might mean a two day inspection and sending an oil smoke off for investigation?Google oil warning light on Q7 and it is a known fault.

The whole experience from start to finish was seamless, and extremely professional. Yasmin was great, she listened to my requirements and when challenged with something that she was uncertain of she sought the answer from her manger who’s name I’ve unfortunately forgot.The only one thing that slightly let the service down was the time it took to refund the holding deposit for the car, otherwise apart from that everything was great.

I felt that the whole experience on the Saturday morning was very well organised and executed. Robin kept me informed at all suitable times, providing the right level of information. Excellent customer service.

whole service experience was faultless from collection of car to the return of the vehicle. In particular the service advisor (Fran Cadownton) was most helpful in advising me on several queries I had with the car collection and my vehicle 3 year + service (audi 'all in') and warranty options.
