Staff were very attentive asking if I needed anything while I was waiting and they even brought over water for the dog!

On the day, excellent customer service.Unfortunately this was my first time booking into the service centre. Initially I was told I had a waiting appointment but the day before then found out it wasn’t it was an all day. I cancelled this and then rebooked a waiting appointment. Disappointing to see there’s not a complimentary collection/drop off service which I had at Vauxhall and my journey time is 30 mins each way. The waiting appointment was due to be 1 hour, I waited over 2 hours.

The brake fluid was not replaced.

I booked my car for mot on line . It was a waiting bkg. I did say I was popping over the road for a coffee whilst waiting . I was told it would take about 1hr - 1hr 30mins . Eventually I got a text to say it was ready so I went back to showroom . On arriving I was told it was being washed . My whole mot & wash took 2hrs 30mins !!! Much too long I wish I had just left the car there for the day but I couldn’t as I had to go to work at 1pm .It was a shame as all of the staff were so polite & lovely but the timescale let Audi down .

I purchased this new vehicle as a result of an unfortunate failing of a major component on my previous vehicle. Special thanks to Ian Potter and Cameron Green at Farnborough Audi for helping to resolve the situation and making the process of obtaining a new vehicle so efficient and seamless.
