I thought i had an appointment with a representative, and had confirmed a move of time the Friday before, was told i'd get an appointment but didn't, so when i turned up the representative wasn't there.I was dealt with by a great guy but he should not have had to fill in at late notice.

You literally didn’t listen to a thing I said. I gave you a budget, rather than saying you couldn’t achieve it, you came back to me with something £180 over budget. You then did this 3 more times.Your actions highlight that Lookers cannot be trusted, and I will not seek to buy a car from you ever.

Audi have lost a sale this time, having ordered an SQ5 that you were trying to source from another Audi dealership the Crewe Audi dealership told Farnborough Audi the car was sold so we could not have it. 4 days later I phoned Audi in Crewe to enquire if they had the exact SQ5 to view and for sale I was told yes by them. Audi lost a sale that day as I went to Volvo, I hope you report this apauling experience to Audi as I have been a loyal Audi purchaser. Having now bought 4 cars.

I cancelled my Audi A3 order on 9th November 2025. I contacted the salesperson via email to confirm this cancellation. I also flagged that I needed the £250 deposit returned. The salesperson (Mohammed Uzair) confirmed in email that the deposit would be returned and requested that I complete a form with my bank details. I completed and returned this form on November 10th. I have not heard anything further and the £250 has not been refunded. I followed up with the salesperson today via email and received an out of office email reply. Mohammed is away until November 30th. I need these funds returned as soon as possible and I am frustrated and disappointed that this has not been dealt with correctly. It was these inefficiencies, the lack of contact and broken commitments that lead to me cancelling my order in the first place.

Made appointment. Car wasn’t available to drive. Made another appointment. Paid for car, then told car was unavailable. Had to chase to get money back. Very poor service and attitude throughout. Made a complaint and no one has got back to me. Removed myself from your mailing list and you’ve still emailed me. Disgraceful organisation.

Your website enquiry system is a total waste of time. I submitted an enquiry about a car online and left my email address and phone number. It’s difficult to take phone calls as I’m a surgeon. Someone tried to call but I couldn’t answer and he also sent an email. I replied to the email specifying what I was interested in… No response for a week. Then another phone call. I told him to read my email, it’s hard to speak on the phone and please reply to the queries in the email. Nothing until the end of the following day and then a ridiculous email saying my email was encrypted which is obviously false. So I called back and all he did was take my email address and phone number, and tell me a sales executive would call back. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THAT PROCESS??? I had already put my email address and phone number on the first day. Are you just trying to waste peoples time? Less than poor.

Seb was attentive and followed up on my requests for a test drive, financing etc. I feel the experience was a little below other showrooms I visited. The big gap was the positioning of the reception and the fact it appeared unmanned whenever I visited. Not having somewhere / someone to greet prospective customers is something that needs working on.
