Efficient and friendly staff

The overall experience was excellent, Rudi was very helpful and a great personal video of the car meant we didn’t have to travel 150 miles. Rudi provided everything I asked for in a professional and friendly manner without the pushy sales routine. The delivery service and the guy who actually delivered the car were also excellent- very professional and in alignment with Audi standards.The only area for improvement is after sales - to ensure all has gone smoothly . Rudi did leave a message in my phone but should have continued to try and get hold of me . Not a complaint, just room for development.My wife is very happy with the car so all is good - happy wife = happy life.Many thanksKarl.

Having been around quite a few different dealerships, Simon Gale, who was our point of contact, was one of the best. Knowledgable, courteous and very efficient at answering our numerous queries. I would have been very happy to buy a car from him had we gone down the electric Audi route.

I think it is quite unprofessional that the member of the sales team -who was extremely professional and very helpful, was unable to provide me with finance deals without checking with management, which meant long periods of sitting around waiting only to be given the unfortunate news that the numbers didn't add up.

Every thing was very satisfied. A lady assisted me was so pleasant and attentive.I am waiting to hear from Farnborough to pick up “Touch up paint “ .

Lewis was brilliant! The car was delayed out of his control and he kept me up to date at all steps. We then later changed the car and again Lewis did this seemingly for us. Very happy.
