When I received a courtesy phone call from Francesca Downton she recommended that I have the Brake Fluid changed for £120.00. I declined the offer but may re-consider due to low mileage of my vehicle.On the day Francesca asked whether I had changed my mind and I said no thanks.Immediately she offered a discount of £50.00 which I felt was disgraceful and that I would have been ''ripped off'' without realising. This is not Customer Service.

All went well service wise, sadly the vehicle I chose to test drive wasn’t for me (gear box was constantly changing gear) I think a larger Engine less gears would be the solution
