Excellent service - easy to contact, able to get a test drive quickly. We decided on a different make of car in the end. Would recommend Farnborough Audi.

I found Kris Wale excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars that we enquired about and he advised us appropriately on device plans etc. We were updated regularly about progression of our order and he handed over the car throughly.I would definitely use Kris again.

I feel bad because Simon went above and beyond for me but I couldn’t decide on what to do in time which meant I had to let the purchase go. He was thorough and very proactive in trying to facilitate my needs, there should be more sales personnel like Simon!

I booked my new A1 in to investigate a problem I was having with random messages cropping up as I drove along. I used the "collect and deliver" service, which is excellent by the way. The problem turned out to be rather difficult to resolve and the car was in the workshop for a week. I appreciated the good will offer to pay for any taxi fares incurred while the car was with you. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 because I had to go back to the dealership as my wife's key had to be reprogrammed after a software updated. Apologies were offered, and accepted but it should have been forseen.

The way that you present the summary of costs is unclear. Its hard to see what the overall price is, what deals have been applied, what deposits have been applied and amount owing.

Great service as always above and beyond, looked after by very courteous staff,for this reason I always return , albeit a 80 mile around trip.

The team on collection were not very welcoming or polite

Everything was excellent except that one task was not carried out. It had been agreed that the DVD drive in the car which was electronically locked so the disk can't be removed would be unlocked FOC. It was on the job sheet but was not done which I didn't find out until the car was returned to me. It's not a big deal so I haven't made a fuss but it is disappointing given how good the rest of the service is.

We were looking for a replacement A3 Sportback SE Technik.Tom Brooke-Izzard was superb and showed us different models with different seats including a Sport model with leather seats which had softened nicely. Unfortunely that vehicle was already sold but we followed Tom's suggested and arranged ti test drive a nearly new A3 Sport with leather seats. However the seat didn't work form wife. Tom stayed in touch and continued to look for one of the last pre-face lift A3 Sportbacks and even offered to get one delivered to the dealership from Scotland. In the end we bought a low mileage 3 year old A3 SE Technik from Audi Southampton albeit we didn't have a very good customer experience with them.

I am Registered disabled and lifes simple challenges are a mountain to me. The whole process was stress free. Thank you.
