Great service. The sales assistant, Yasmin, was excellent.Unfortunately I don't think Audi has an electric car yet for our needs. We need a very large boot and a range of circa 250-300. The boot size of the Q4 e-tron is too small and whilst the larger e-tron is better its range is low at circa 160.

The Service that I received from Charlie Cole and Rodolfo Hilomen Morante and Pedro has been the best Customer Service I have ever received. This is because to me Customer Service is truly tested if there are any issues and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstance, I was unable to drive home my vehicle.However, as a result, I was provided by Rodlfo’s own company vehicle, which was a new version of my vehicle, which meant I still enjoyed the benefits of driving my preferred car.Secondly, so that I was not inconvenienced on my annual leave , Charlie delivered my vehicle at 7pm the day before, which meant my leave was not impacted.Finally they provided Gardx as form of compensation which exceeded my expectations.Also, the service I received whilst collecting my vehicle far exceeded any experience, I received from other Audi dealers, which started from a “reveal” email in the morning and continued from the receptionists and Sales Manager.

Great service, loads of updates and info. Excellent while-you-wait working area with WiFi. Super check-in process.Booking process needs human intervention to work out which service it needs, and anything else on it, but at least that option is now there for a call back.And you didn’t have any brake discs in stock, which I thought was a bit strange
