As per normal at Farnborough Audi all the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn't take my Audi any where else.

Overall the purchase of my new car was a very pleasurable and easy experience, considering the restrictions placed upon us all by the Covid pandemic. Your Sales Advisor answered all my queries promptly, and even provided a short video to show me the interior upholstery. A video handover was also provided as the car had to be transported to my home address. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, and will return in person in the future, when a further purchase is anticipated.

Despite difficulties due to pandemic, the complete purchasing process went very well. Sales staff had extremely good product knowledge and we are extremely happy with the vehicle. The reasons 5 stars have not been given are as follows: 1. We did not receive regular updates on the anticipated delivery date. Our experience with another retailer has been weekly updates on likely delivery date. 2. We took delivery of the new Audi over two weeks ago and have not had a follow up phone call from the garage to see how things are going and also two emails sent with queries have not been answered.
