Unfortunately, I am stuck with my vehicle for another 6 months, so I will have to wait. Thanks for everything. What a lovely experience.

Having to go through the HP and PCP paperwork before taking a test drive, when we were cash buyers was a drag.

The online booking was not so god but fine when I called Lookers. the online check in was fine.Good service and repair, the representative who looked after me was attentive and friendly (I believe her name was Girly)..On the downside, I was the second car to drive into the bay on Wednesday am, but they left me waiting for 12 minutes whilst they attended to other customers i.e. they did not deal with the cars in order of arrival.

Vehicle had been set up already inside so that saved a lot of time. All questions I had were answered and it was a fab handover
